CMT (Cut, Make, Trim)
A manufacturing model where the factory cuts, sews and finishes.
CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) is an arrangement where the buyer supplies fabric and trims and the factory provides labour to cut, sew and finish the garment. It contrasts with full-package (FOB) production. Omlooms tracks units through each CMT stage in real time, whoever supplies the materials.
