Roles

For customer workspace data, the customer is the controller and Omlooms is the processor.

We process personal data only on documented instructions to provide the service.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

We use the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page and remain responsible for their performance.

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

We help with data-subject requests and delete or return data on termination.
