RFQ (Request for Quotation)
A buyer's request for a price and terms on a product.
An RFQ is a buyer's formal request asking a manufacturer to quote price, lead time and terms for a specified product and quantity. In Omlooms, inbound RFQs become cards on the enquiry pipeline with SLA timers, so none go cold before they're answered.
